"Say WHAT??"
I've decided to have a little fun with documenting some of the funny things the boys say. I wish I would've started this a year ago, but better late than never! I wish I could capture in words some of the things that Kellen says that make us laugh, but usually they are things that you'd have to hear him say, or see his expression, in order to get the full effect. Here's a few from the last week or so that I can remember, and I'm sure there will be MANY more to come!
* Cole: (after Justin asks: "M is for...") "aMMMbulance!!"
* Cole: "What does this do?" (in reference to the watch I bought him) Me: "It tells you what time it is." Cole: (putting watch up to his ear) "it's not telling me!"
*Kellen: (as I change his poopy diaper) "You cleanin' my weiner? Is it stinky?"
*Cole: "Mommy, do dogs have elbows?"

Summer Days
Some of my happiest memories from my childhood were of playing down by our creek. My brother and I, and our friends, would explore the woods and use our imaginations to create trails, houses, and forts. We caught frogs and crawfish, and built bridges across the creek. We played with a mud wall and navigated through briars.
It makes me so happy to see my boys spending their summer days in the same way. And what is cooler to toddler boys than catching a crawfish in your backyard creek, putting it in a bucket, and bringing it up to the house to show your Mommy!!
