Cole's party at Young's Gymnastics and Cheerleading

Kellen and I are taking a "busy bodies" class for toddlers at Young's Gymnastics and Cheerleading, and after having been to a birthday party there before for our buddy, Lily Kate, we knew it was the perfect place for Cole's 3rd birthday party. Cole wanted a "car" themed birthday party since he is all about Lightning McQueen these days, so I made cupcakes and bought these adorable decorations for them from etsy. We played hard for an hour and then enjoyed pizza and cupcakes in the party room! The kids had fun, and we are so thankful for all of our friends and for all the thoughtful presents they brought. Prepare for a gazillion pictures because all the kids were so cute I couldn't leave anyone out!

The big blow-up slide was a hit! The staff warned us that it had just been "Armour-All'd" and it would be FAST! Fast was an understatement and it was a riot to watch the kids fly down and laugh the whole way.

As usual, Kellen blew us away with his bravery...

Susan and "the girls" made it to the party, and I'm so glad she came! At least she could watch the kids play even though she had to take it easy and sit.

Wouldn't be a party for my boys without Aunt Suzi!

Melissa and Coy...love this picture!

The boys and their Nina

Hey! I want in on that!!

Haley loved the swing too!

We love you Gram!

My sweetness!!

Cole ate half of his vanilla cupcake and then asked Gram to trade so he could have half of her chocolate one, ha!

The party continued at home with his new stomp rocket!

You will ALWAYS be my baby

Cole had a major growth spurt in the last year, and went from his usual 50th percentile in both height and weight to 75% in weight (35lbs) and 80% in height (39in). This makes his Daddy gush with pride, which makes me laugh!
The reasons I smile...

Sarah....I absolutely LOVE the picture of you and Cole where he's looking at the camera and you're not. Frame it!
